SHIPPING POLICY
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Your order o' awesomeness will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number and insurance. The tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been fulfilled.
If you have any special requests or questions, don't hesitate to shoot us a message at hello@getoutsideidaho.com. We wanna accommodate you any way we can.

If your apparel order needs to be returned, please contact us (hello@getoutsideidaho.com) within 7 days of receipt. The item(s) must be returned unwashed/unworn. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer/purchaser. Once we have received your email alerting us to your return, you will be given an address to ship it/them back to.

Once the item(s) have been inspected and found to still be in NEW condition, a refund will be issued for the purchase price or an exchange can then be made.

Tumblers & water bottles: due to the nature of these products, they are non-returnable. If they arrive to you damaged, an insurance claim will need to be opened with USPS. Each shipment is insured to at least $50.
